POINT OF SALE

The Point of Sale software is a cash register that has been especially designed for (indoor) playgrounds. It contains a ticketing system that allows you to control the access to your playground. At the same time, it also manages other activities that need ticketing or reservation.

This POS software can be used with a touch screen for easier access. It can control member card readers, cash drawers and ticket printers. It can guide all financial transactions to avoid cheating and it can obtain all information necessary to close down the registers after a busy day. Ticketing can be done for playgrounds, shops, shows, etc.

MARKETING POS

The membership system is an essential tool for ambitious playgrounds. Customers will come more often, bring friends and even spend more while enjoying being in your center. The Kiosk software will help you to achieve these goals. The Kiosk software is a step-by-step self-registration system for indoor and outdoor playgrounds.

When people arrive in your center, they register themselves to become a member. You can choose to register the kids as well.

Data are now sent to the Point of Sale software. In a few seconds, your employee issues the personal member card. According to your wishes, members can pay for admission, food, beverage and other activities using their member card.

All the collected data can easily be used for targeted e-mailings and newsletters within your marketing strategy. If you require even details, we can set up for you a customer survey where custom questions have to be answered.

It is also possible to save even more time by allowing online self-registration through your website. Combined with a good visibility on search engines, you will attract more and more members to your entertainment centers.

MEMBER CARDS

More than just a card! The cards come with a full service system to sustain your customer's loyalty. Thanks to the preregistration on your touch screen kiosks or online, you will build up a strong database. With all these email addresses, phone numbers, birthdays you can do smart and targeted marketing. Send parents automatically an invitation two weeks before the birthday of their youngster. The database is completely yours, so whatever you need to send, mail or print we will help you to realize your goals!

The card can be used as a debit or credit card within your center. Ask your customers to top up their cards upfront. All the payments in your center can be done with the card and you can limit the actual cash transactions to one or at least a few places. Thanks to this system less money will be stolen and your customers will have less the feeling of spending money. Simply put, it is a network of customizable digital displays that you can control electronically using a computer, and allowing you to change your content remotely for the most efficient, effective, targeted messaging possible.

Captivate your audience today! For digital signage we offer two different solutions based the TV-hardware you select.

  1. - A standard TV-network with one source (all TV's show the same content).
  2. - An advanced network in which every screen has its own computer.

We prefer working with the second option so that you can adapt the screens for each area and show different content in different locations. For the first option we will install only one computer, in the second option we will install multiple computers. The software price for both systems is the same. A voucher or coupon is a ticket that holds a certain value and that can be exchanged for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a product/service.

Vouchers are a very flexible marketing product. It is possible to create everything you need. They can be sold to several kinds of customers:

Individuals: free ticket, invite a friend, gift certificates, discounts, promotions, etc.
Special events: invitations for birthday parties
Companies

We provide a complete system for your vouchers. Link them to your Point of Sale or Office to set up your offers:

OFFICE

Office is a back office solution for playgrounds.

This software guides all tasks such as reservations, event preparation, offer sending, invoice creation, statistics and reporting. It is completely linked to all our other software modules and it speeds up the back office process for at least 30%.

Planware is a software suite to manage your pay roll and workforce planning. This system allows you to control your staff better and will significantly reduce your costs. You can finally stop having arguments about whether a change in the planning was communicated or a holiday was properly requested. All important changes must be confirmed and your staff is asked to confirm a work schedule when they view it.
